LeoVince GP Corsa 4-Stroke end silencers are developed exclusively for the 4-stroke motorcycle market up to 250cc that offers the perfect balance between look, performance and price. It is suitable for Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda and Kawasaki motorcycle models.
The GP Corsa silencers are in aluminium or carbon casing. Both are available in silver color with round shape. It is also secured to the chassis by a stainless steel strap combined with vibration damping rubber gasket. It is developed to limit noise levels, improve the engine sound and ensure the perfect flow of exhaust gas.
The silencers and pipes are all constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel with “Scotch Brite” surface finish. Each individual item is being cleaned by hand so that the product is free of any unsightly imperfections. In addition, the interior is filled with high thermal resistance fiberglass to ensure regular heat exchange, noise filtering and long life.
During development, the LeoVince R&D Department has made a dynamic test on the manifold and silencer. The optimal ratio between torque and maximum power has been obtained by applying large size exhaust ducts.
To further enhance the silencer appearance, an aluminium LeoVince logo plate has been applied to highlight the product design from Italy. For those who wish to reduce silencer sound, dB-Killer is also supplied in the pack.
